Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
· Provide administration support to the HR department.
· Perform monthly compliance and record keeping audits.
· Post job ads on hiring boards/social media.
· Support in employee engagement
· Create New Hire kits.
· Work with multiple team members regarding scheduling.
· Request drivers abstracts and process for insurance.
· Electronic filing for all paperwork.
· Assist with Safety Admin work and scheduling.
· Some travel may be required

· Communication skills: must be a good listener, and be able to communicate the needs and expectations of both the company and its employees.
· Interpersonal skills: Someone in this position has constant interaction with company employees and must be able to maintain a positive demeanor throughout even the most difficult situations.
· Computer skills: Microsoft office.
· Discretion: HR departments often deal with confidential information.
Education and Experience:
· 1-2 years’ experience in administration
· A post-secondary education would be considered an asset
· Intermediate knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel
· Must possess a valid driver’s license and/or have reliable transportation to and from work
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35,000.00-$41,000.00 per year
