Are you an experienced EA seeking your dream role where not only will you work for the most amazing company, but provide support to two of the most awesome executives to work for that you can imagine.

This is a role where you will be one step ahead and anticipating what needs to happen next ensuring optimal results for the CEO, the COO and their fantastic team. You couldn’t find a nicer CEO or COO, but they need someone who is across everything and finger on the pulse as this is a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Within this role you will utilise your amazing organisational skills coupled with your strong skills in putting together stylish presentations, board reports and the like using both PowerPoint and Canva for that next level presentation design. You will also utilise your strong Word and formatting skills whilst producing a variety of documents.

This role also has a PA reporting into you so your ability to mentor and direct this person to help you achieve everything that needs to be completed in your role is also essential.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide key support to the CEO – have a quick morning catch up to run through his day and regular check-ups throughout the day to ensure his day flows smoothly
  • Diary management and scheduling meetings
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO and COO
  • Work closely with the executive team and staff throughout the business so that everything runs like clockwork
  • Presentations using both PowerPoint & Canva for more advanced presentations – includes Board Reports, Training Presentations, etc
  • Documentation using advanced Word and strong formatting skills including track changes, etc
  • Compile reports using Excel
  • Email management
  • Travel Bookings for staff nationally
  • Organise events
  • Minutes of meetings and prepare agenda’s
  • Expenses management
  • Facilities management
  • Oversee a PA – the ability to not only delegate work and oversee tasks but the ability to really mentor and assist that staff member to develop in their role
  • Opportunity to work a mix of in the CBD based office, but also the ability once trained to work from home for 2-3 days a week



You will be perfect for this role if you have the following skills/attributes:

  • Proven EA experience working with senior executives where you are highly organised, pro-active with strong documentation skills and you love the ability to utilise all of those skills within your role!
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Advanced skills in Word and PowerPoint, solid skills in Excel
  • Touchtypist – 70wpm +
  • Advanced knowledge of Canva prefereed (use for Board Reports and other upmarket presentations)
