YOUR MISSION:
As a Senior Product Analyst at Getsafe we want you to influence the overall product strategy. With your expertise, the team is able to align with stakeholders and create complex solutions that really respond to our customer needs.
- Deep dive into Getsafe app user behaviour to generate data and actionable insights that drive Getsafes product metrics.
- Champion data-driven decision-making and culture at Getsafe.
- Design, measure, and recommend A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
- Be a trusted partner to Product Management to propose, measure, and iterate on product changes.
- Implement, own, and manage all instrumentation for all feature releases within the Product team.
- Build end-to-end data pipelines, self-serving dashboards, and effective visualisations. Automations will be a cherry on top!
- Research support for personalisation and opportunity sizing.
- Recruit, coach, and mentor junior members of the team. Set clear team goals and oversee day-to-day team operations.
ABOUT YOU:
- Bring 4-6 years of experience as a product analyst or in a similar role with a great track record of business impact, ideally in fast-paced consumer technology companies.
- Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate conclusions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Have a very good understanding of data and be capable of deriving insights that impact the business and drive growth.
- Be a strong problem solver, capable of investigating and resolving issues independently.
- Have a self-managed and structured way of working.
- Be fluent (verbal and written) in English.
- Be eager to provide guidance and knowledge to more junior members of the team.
