Tasks
The HR coordinator role may start off as junior, but it will soon emerge as a distinct function within our People & Culture team.
- You'll be the master of record-keeping, maintaining meticulous personnel-related data. From payroll to personal information, leaves to turnover rates, you'll handle it all. We're talking both good ol' paper files and our trusty database. Can't let anything slip through the cracks!
- You won't be alone in this adventure. You'll collaborate with external partners like payroll providers, benefits partners, and legal advisors. We're all about teamwork!
- Need to issue employment contracts, internship agreements, or Stock Option Agreements? No worries! We've got existing templates to work with, making it a breeze for you.
- Want to make sure our new hires hit the ground running? You'll handle orientations, onboarding, and offboarding like a pro. Oh, and don't forget to keep those records up to date!
- As if that's not enough, you'll also be the go-to person for producing and submitting reports on our general HR activity. We love staying on top of things!
We're looking for someone special to join our team, someone who embodies our values and shares our passion for sustainability and improving our food system.
We are seeking:
- A degree in Human Resources or a similar discipline. We love seeing that solid educational foundation!
- 1-3 years of experience working in HR/People function. You've got some practical knowledge under your belt, and we appreciate that.
- An understanding of HR practices. You know the ins and outs of what makes a well-oiled HR machine run smoothly.
- We're all about open dialogue and diverse perspectives. So, if you're willing to debate and contribute with different points of view, you'll fit right in.
- Fluent English. Communication is key, and we need you to be a pro at it.
