JOB OVERVIEW:
The Office Staff/Assistant provides administrative support to his/her assigned department (Sales/International Marketing/Sales Admin) in order to ensure efficient operation of office. S/he carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. S/he will be handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of any course
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Preferably with customer service experience
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Pro-active and a go-getter
- Willing to start ASAP
