Banca Generali, the leading private bank in Italy for client financial planning and wealth management through a network of Financial Advisors, at the top of their field in terms of expertise and professionalism, is looking for a new employee for its Presidio 262 in Milan office.
Presidio 262 has a role of reference throughout the Banking Group on the governance of administrative-accounting risk pursuant to Law n. 262/2005, through guidance and coordination activities.
The successful candidate will be in charge of:
- Risk assessment: identification and evaluation of activities dealing with transactions that could be affected by errors and could lead to an untrue and unfair representation in the balance sheet, controls that mitigate the identified financial reporting risks
- Non-Financial information assessment aimed at Non-Financial Reporting pursuant the provisions of Legislative Decree N. 254/2016
- Reporting: preparation of periodic report for the Manager in Charge of Preparing the Company’s Financial Reports in the scope of the Law N. 262/2005
- Relationship with other functions: manage good relations with other teams of the Group
- Team Contribution: contributes to the team in terms of professional skills, technical knowledge, energy and motivation
The ideal candidate has the following requirements:
Advanced university education in Business/Economics or quantitative discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering...) and excellent academic record
Experience supporting the Manager in Charge of Preparing the Company’s Financial Reports in the scope of the Law N. 262/2005
At least two years of work experience
Written and spoken proficiency in English
Good knowledge of computer work and advanced command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Access)
Nice to have:
Comfortable to deal with and able to communicate effectively to other teams
Analytical and a team player, with presentation skills and ability to manage time in an effective manner
Commitment to continuous learning and willingness to keep up to date on new developments in the context of the Law 262/2005 and of the Non-Financial Reporting
Self-motivated and able to work independently
