Job Description:
We are currently seeking skilled and passionate individuals to join our team as Baristas in Dubai. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service. Immediate joining is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and lattes.
- Ensure high-quality coffee preparation and presentation.
- Take customer orders and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Operate coffee-making equipment and maintain cleanliness.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register.
- Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
We offer three salary packages:
- Salary: 3300 AED (with Duty Meal, Visa, Medical insurance, Transportation for duty, Accommodation in Dubai, Air-ticket after completing the contract).
- Salary: 4000 AED (with Duty Meal and Transportation for duty, rest facilities like Visa, Medical insurance, accommodation, and Air ticket not provided by the company).
- Salary: 4800 AED (with Duty Meal and no other facilities: Employees have to arrange their own accommodation, transport, medical insurance, and Air ticket).
Working Conditions:
- Duty Time: 10 Hours/26 days
